This Large CEO Style pen features Maple Burl and 22 kt Gold fittings. Acer saccharum /maple produces sweet sap, approximately 3 gallons a day, used to make maple syrup. There are over 125 species of maple with most species native to Asia. This pen is available as a smooth flowing German made Schmidt® rollerball, Iridium tipped medium fountain or both/dual.
